January 2009 - A passing train in the neighborhood of Tanah Abang station has a hand-painted name sign on which the name of the train already tells you a little bit about the destination of the train. In the direction of Tanah Abang station it is clearly visible that this is one of the poorer areas of Jakarta. Urbanization here has lead to an almost impenetrable maze of residential areas.
