7 November 2008 - Damage at and around the UGM university campus in the heart of the city of Yogyakarta in the central Java region. A whirlwind hit the area in the early afternoon and left a trail of damage. Here you can see how the whirlwind easily brought down huge trees, which in turn snapped off metal and steel poles used for power cables.
