April 2008 - The hull that has been stripped off the rice in the first round of processing will be used as fertilizer at the ricefields or somewhere else on the countryside. Day trips to rice fields during harvests by publisher Kanisius are organized three times per year. The day trips are held at one of their estates in the village of Turi, north of Yogyakarta city.
