About this picture
April 2008 - The left-overs from pealing the rice are re-used, mainly for food for livestock. Day trips to rice fields during harvests by publisher Kanisius are organized three times per year. The day trips are held at one of their estates in the village of Turi, north of Yogyakarta city.
