April 2008 - The still unprocessed, but already dried grains of rice are collected into big bags and brought to a processing area. Day trips to rice fields during harvests by publisher Kanisius are organized three times per year. The day trips are held at one of their estates in the village of Turi, north of Yogyakarta city.
