Most likely this wall is now an outer wall for the prison, that wasn't all too clear from the outside. What is clear however is that this wall has undergone multiple changes over time. Fort Willem II is located about one kilometer outside the current village of Ambarawa at a short distance off the main road Semarang - Yogyakarta in Central Java.
