The two different baskets hold the two different types of coffee; Arabica and Robusta. Both types are processed to coffee in Koffiefabriek Aroma (Coffee Factory Aroma). Arabica is the better type with a stronger taste, while the Robusta is the somewhat less type. This last one is cheaper as well, but is often blended with Arabica to profit from the good. Koffiefabriek Aroma (Coffee Factory Aroma) however, keeps them separated and sells them 100 percent pure.
