The barely cooled down coffee beans are directly sorted by size in these old-fashioned but still very functional sorting machines which are still in use at Koffiefabriek Aroma (Coffee Factory Aroma). Beans that are too large or too small are selected here and processed separately. Even before the beans are sun dried, the ones with a bad quality are removed.
