4 June 2006 - Villagers from the Bantul region that have become homeless after a strong earthquake rocked the region have skipped to more traditional means of preparing food. Tens of thousands of homeless now find refuge in tents across the region. Even schools and exams are held in tents. Almost 6.000 people have been killed in the strongest earthquake in this region.
