3 June 2008 - After members of the FPI (Front Pembela Islam - Islamic Defenders Front) attacked a peaceful demonstration for pluralism and freedom of religion at the National Monument in Jakarta at Sunday June 1, several offices of the radical Islamic organisation were attacked, name signs were destroyed in Yogyakarta (this picture) and Cirebon. Most Indonesians do not agree with the way the FPI works, but this is the first time that they publicly show their anger.
