3 March 2008 - At the small international airport of Hang Nadim on Batam, an island in the Riau Archipelago directly south of the very rich city-state of Singapore, are some departing flights listed on one of the old boards. At some distance a board with times across the globe displays chaos; not a single time seems to be correct according to international time zones.
